Director/Owner, Man On The Ground Ltd (HKG) Tony Ward is the founder of Man On The Ground, a new Hong Kong based consultancy providing international managers, labels, bands and entertainment companies "on the ground" marketing, management & industry contact services for Asia. For the past two years Tony also served as Program Director for Music Matters, one of the Asia Pacific’s leading music industry events. He is also a regional Co-Manager for 11-year-old Japanese guitar sensation Yuto Miyazawa. Prior to moving to Asia, Tony spent over 15 years in New York in various executive marketing positions at Sony Music, BMG, Arista Records, EMI Records, and Sanctuary Management.
